Cognitive-Behavioural, Interpersonal, and Solution-Focused Therapies; Active Psycho-education, behavioural teaching, rehearsal and experimentation. About my experience and background: Over 30 years of experience in Hospital-based Outpatient Mental Health Clinics, Corporate Employee Assistance Consulting, and Private Practice settings.
